Responsibilities
- Design and develop full-stack web applications with React, JavaScript, HTML5/CSS3, Java, and Spring Boot.
- Build backend microservices and RESTful APIs.
- Work with SQL Server and Azure SQL Database and adapt to other databases as project needs require.
- Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines and apply secure coding practices.
- Deploy and manage cloud-native and containerized applications using AWS Lambda, S3, and Docker.
- Maintain code quality through automated testing with Selenium, Mocha, Karma, and peer reviews.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, QA, and UI/UX teams in Agile/SCRUM environments.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical roadmaps and architecture decisions.
- Deliver ICT capabilities with public agency IT project teams supporting Singapore’s Smart Nation vision.
Requirements
- 3-7 years of experience.
- Bachelor's degree or above.
- Experience with React, JavaScript, HTML5/CSS3, Java, and Spring Boot.
- Experience with SQL Server or Azure SQL Database and willingness to work with other database technologies.
- Experience with AWS Lambda, S3, Docker, automated testing, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Ability to collaborate with Product Managers, QA, UI/UX teams, Solution Architects, and other project stakeholders.
