Base Salary
$220k - $250k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own the front-end architecture and user experience from concept through shipping and iteration.
- Set front-end quality, performance, and implementation standards for the team.
- Build responsive, scalable, data-dense interfaces for analytics and AI-driven workflows.
- Partner with the CTO, Founding Designer, and product team to shape product direction and deliver polished interfaces.
- Advocate for users and bring product judgment to engineering decisions.
- Establish patterns and raise the front-end architecture and quality bar as the company scales.
Requirements
- 8+ years of software engineering experience, including 4+ years of hands-on front-end product development.
- Experience building and shipping a product from zero to one with end-to-end ownership.
- Track record of shipping to internal or external users and iterating based on feedback.
- Proficiency in Python, TypeScript, JavaScript, or similar languages.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Hands-on experience with LLM-backed interfaces or agent frameworks is a plus.
- Background in analytics, data visualization, AI-driven products, or financial software is a plus.
- Experience leading or mentoring engineers is a plus but not required.
