Base Salary
$220k - $250k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own the front-end architecture and user experience from concept through shipping and iteration.
- Set the bar for front-end quality, patterns, and performance.
- Partner with the CTO, Founding Designer, and product team to translate ideas into polished interfaces.
- Build responsive, scalable, data-dense interfaces for analytics and AI-driven workflows.
- Advocate for the user in engineering decisions.
Requirements
- 8+ years of software engineering experience, including 4+ years in front-end product development.
- Experience building and shipping a product from zero to one with end-to-end ownership.
- Track record of shipping to users and iterating based on feedback.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Python, TypeScript, JavaScript, or similar languages.
