Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Java and Spring Boot.
- Contribute to scalable, performant, resilient, and maintainable microservices architecture.
- Develop and optimize RESTful APIs and integrations across distributed systems.
- Improve application observability, monitoring, and logging.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions aligned with business needs.
- Participate in technical discussions, architecture decisions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Apply software engineering best practices for code quality, testing, and automation.
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, deployment processes, and cloud-native environments.
- Support containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
Requirements
- University degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Systems Analysis and Development, or a related field.
- Solid backend development experience with Java.
- Experience designing and maintaining RESTful APIs and microservices.
- Experience developing and scaling high-throughput and distributed applications.
- Experience with application monitoring and observability tools such as New Relic, Datadog, or similar platforms.
- Experience with DevOps and cloud-native tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, Azure, or similar technologies.
- Experience working in Agile environments.
- Strong knowledge of object-oriented design, data structures, algorithms, and problem solving.
- Hands-on experience with Spring Boot, Spring Security, and Spring MVC.
- Knowledge of design patterns, software architecture, and development best practices.
- Experience with unit, integration, regression, stress, and test automation concepts.
- Intermediate written and spoken English communication skills.
- Experience with SDUI is a differentiator.
