Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain backend services.
- Build high-performance, scalable, and distributed systems.
- Use Java, Spring, Reactor, Kafka, RabbitMQ, Redis, and MySQL to enhance the product.
- Maintain and collaborate on internal tools for monitoring, debugging, and application optimization at scale.
- Ensure observability, reliability, and fault tolerance across services.
- Collaborate with Software Engineers, UX Designers, Product Managers, and other cross-functional teams.
- Maintain strong focus on code quality, security, and software development best practices.
- Share knowledge with the team and help build and maintain a high-performance team.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Systems Analysis, or a related field.
- Production-level backend development experience using JVM/Java.
- Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases, including Redis and MySQL.
- Knowledge of asynchronous message processing using Kafka and RabbitMQ.
- Knowledge of gRPC/Protobuf.
- Deep understanding of the Spring Framework.
- Deep understanding of distributed systems and experience building high-scale microservices and event-driven architectures.
- Ability to debug distributed systems with a problem-solving mindset.
- Experience with AWS and containerized deployments using Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience with observability, logging, and monitoring tools for debugging and performance analysis.
- Advanced or fluent English.
- Experience with Kotlin and Reactor is a plus.
