Responsibilities

  • Lead a greenfield initiative from inception to scale and shape its foundational product architecture.
  • Engage directly with users to refine early concepts.
  • Build mission-critical, fault-tolerant, horizontally scalable solutions for multi-tenant environments.
  • Develop AI-driven components that analyze operational workflows and automate software maintenance.
  • Own features and components end to end, including reliability, observability, and operational quality.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience.
  • BS, MS, or PhD in a scientific field or equivalent experience.
  • Proficiency in Go.
  • Experience building and operating production services end to end.
  • Experience with large-scale distributed systems.
  • Ability to use, validate, critique, and refine AI-generated output from AI coding tools.
  • Preferred experience with Kubernetes, workflow orchestration systems, or AI agents.
