Responsibilities
- Partner with product managers, designers, and analysts to understand seller workflows and improve outcomes.
- Lead frontend design and implementation for key experiences like Tasks, Sequences, and VisualAgentBuilder.
- Ensure consistency and performance across the Outreach web application by collaborating with client platform teams.
- Set technical direction for frontend architecture and shape the engineering vision for the workflow platform.
- Prototype and validate new concepts for outcome-driven workflows and user interactions.
- Identify customer pain points and drive measurable improvements in feature usage and activity completion.
- Mentor engineers, conduct technical reviews, and lead initiatives to enhance frontend quality and developer experience.
- Collaborate with partner engineering teams and stakeholders to deliver outcome-focused workflow solutions.
Requirements
- 7+ years of professional software development experience with user-facing web applications.
- Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and React or a comparable modern framework.
- Experience with modern frontend ecosystems, including bundlers, test runners, and API/GraphQL clients.
- Familiarity with cloud-based service architectures and integrating frontend applications with backend services.
- Knowledge of experimentation and analytics tooling to inform UI decisions and measure impact.
- Proven track record of technical leadership in a strong engineering culture.
- Ability to uphold technical and cultural standards for frontend engineering.
