Responsibilities
- Develop robust error-handling mechanisms for applications.
- Implement logging and monitoring solutions for error detection.
- Analyze and troubleshoot issues for efficient resolutions.
- Maintain and enhance applications to meet business needs.
- Optimize JVM sizing for performance improvements.
- Manage application configurations and version control.
- Deploy and scale applications using cloud and container technologies.
Requirements
- 8+ years of software development experience in e-commerce or online retail services.
- 5 years of experience with front-end and integration technologies.
- Proficiency in NodeJS and/or Java, microservices, and integration technologies like Kafka.
- Experience with API management and Identity and Access Management technologies.
- Familiarity with public cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Experience with container technologies like Docker and Cloud Foundry.
- Knowledge of Continuous Integration and Deployment in a DevOps environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Finance, Decision Science, or related field; MBA or Masters preferred.
