Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, maintenance, and operation of cloud-native infrastructure services.
- Build and operate Kubernetes-based infrastructure for production workloads.
- Develop platform capabilities using open-source technologies.
- Design and operate infrastructure services on Microsoft Azure.
- Drive automation and operational improvements for engineering velocity.
- Improve observability through logging, metrics, and monitoring.
- Lead troubleshooting and incident response for infrastructure services.
- Collaborate with product engineers and security teams to deliver reliable capabilities.
- Write clean, maintainable code for infrastructure services and automation.
- Mentor engineers and provide technical guidance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering or infrastructure engineering.
- Significant experience with production infrastructure or platform services.
- Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes and cloud-native infrastructure.
- Experience managing services on Microsoft Azure.
- Understanding of CI/CD, automation, and operational best practices.
- Solid understanding of networking, security, and distributed systems.
- Ability to lead technical discussions and mentor engineers.
- Strong problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
