Base Salary
$150k - $250k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build and scale the product and infrastructure for substantial growth in users and usage.
- Design and operate the agent runtime, including orchestration, memory, verification, and dependable AI workflows.
- Own backend, infrastructure, frontend, and agent development as needed by the product.
- Set technical standards, make architectural decisions, and establish effective engineering practices.
- Ship frequent product improvements to customers using the service in real business operations.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience shipping production software, or an equivalent record as a founder or independent builder.
- Experience building and operating LLM or AI agent systems used by real customers in production.
- Full-stack capability across backend, infrastructure, and user interfaces, taking work from idea through delivery.
- Experience scaling software beyond a prototype, including architecture, data models, runtimes, or orchestration.
- Ability to make technical decisions in a small team and ship frequently to production.
- Knowledge of agent orchestration, memory, evaluation, verification, or multi-agent workflows is valuable.
- Experience with service businesses is valuable.
- Exceptional early-career engineers are encouraged to apply.
