Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and deliver high-quality software and solutions independently.
Provide technical leadership for software plans, designs, development, enhancements, and new products.
Coordinate the technical work of a small project team and plan and schedule project and individual tasks.
Provide project estimates and progress updates to leads or managers.
Research and resolve reported software-system problems efficiently and accurately.
Maintain detailed knowledge of software, network and system software, and dependencies.
Provide guidance and subject matter expertise to the development organization.
Adhere to corporate policies, including the ACI Code of Business Conduct and Ethics.

Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent software development experience.
8+ years of software development experience.
Strong expertise in Java programming.
Deep understanding of microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, and event-driven systems.
Extensive hands-on experience building responsive and dynamic user interfaces with Angular or equivalent frontend frameworks.
Experience with at least one cloud platform, such as AWS, Azure, or Tanzu.
Knowledge of containerization technologies including Docker and Kubernetes.
Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK.
Experience with prompt engineering, AI models and providers, AI safety and data security, agentic development, and evaluation and operations.
RAG, MCP, multi-agent systems, fine-tuning, and LLM architecture experience are preferred.
Experience working with Indian and global engineering teams is preferred.
Exposure to fintech, e-commerce, SaaS, or enterprise platforms is preferred.
Ability to collaborate globally, multitask under tight deadlines, and communicate and lead effectively.
