Responsibilities

Own technical delivery across multiple deployments from prototype to production.
Build full-stack systems that deliver customer value.
Embed closely with customer teams to understand their needs.
Scope work, sequence delivery, and remove blockers early.
Make trade-offs between scope, speed, and quality.
Contribute directly in the code when necessary.
Codify working patterns into reusable tools and playbooks.
Share field feedback to inform Research and Product improvements.
Maintain clarity and follow-through to keep teams moving.

Bring 5+ years of engineering or technical deployment experience.
Have scoped and delivered complex systems in fast-moving environments.
Write and review production-grade code using Python, JavaScript, or similar stacks.
Understand LLMs or generative models and their impact on product experience.
Simplify complexity and make sound decisions under pressure.
Communicate clearly with engineers, product teams, and customers.
Spot risks early and adjust plans without slowing down.
Model calm and judgment in high-stakes situations.
