Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Product, Design, Frontend, Infrastructure, and Mobile engineers to deliver features from discovery through rollout.
- Own features end to end, including technical design, implementation, testing, observability, and rollout.
- Design, build, and maintain scalable and reliable Ruby and Elixir code.
- Work with GraphQL, TypeScript, gRPC, Kafka, and Kubernetes in a polyglot, microservice-oriented environment.
- Apply Domain-Driven Design and use AI agents to accelerate development while verifying generated code against architecture, security, and quality standards.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in product engineering, developer tools, or infrastructure at scale.
- Experience building and maintaining globally distributed systems.
- Knowledge of event-driven architectures and Kafka.
- Deep experience building and interacting with AI agents and integrating them into engineering workflows.
- Familiarity with Elixir, Ruby, or TypeScript is preferred.
- Ability to work as a pragmatic generalist across new frameworks and complex technical challenges.
