Responsibilities
- Orchestrate cross-platform workflows connecting ServiceNow, cloud services, and enterprise applications.
- Build AI-powered request resolution and autonomous operations.
- Integrate AI agents into workflows using orchestration patterns.
- Re-engineer processes before automating to eliminate unnecessary steps.
- Own automation economics and value realization, measuring cost and cycle time.
- Build and configure solutions on ServiceNow and develop automation using Python and PowerShell.
- Design workflows that balance automation and human oversight.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- 2–4 years of hands-on experience in software engineering or ServiceNow development.
- Experience with ServiceNow development, including workflow automation and integrations.
- Strong automation mindset with the ability to identify processes for orchestration.
- Solid engineering fundamentals including APIs, system design, and scripting.
- Experience with programming languages such as Python, Java, C#, or PowerShell.
- Ability to work backward from business outcomes with a focus on impact and efficiency.
