Responsibilities
- Extend and customize applications on the Salesforce Platform using programmatic and declarative skills.
- Document functional requirements and provide technical guidance to other developers.
- Make architectural tradeoffs to deliver robust software solutions and measurable business results.
- Support requirements, specifications, process flows, application design, configuration, and testing activities.
Requirements
- Foundational understanding of AI/ML technologies and experience leveraging, securing, or positioning AI-driven solutions within a functional domain.
- At least 5 years of Salesforce development experience.
- Hands-on experience with several midsize enterprise or global Salesforce implementations.
- Experience with Sales Cloud, sales processes, and integrations.
- Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and declarative development.
- Experience making architectural tradeoffs for software solutions.
- Preferred: proven ability to use AI technologies and workflows to improve operational efficiency.
- Preferred: hands-on custom solution development on the Force.com platform and experience with application integration patterns.
