Senior ServiceNow Developer - IRM/GRC

Responsibilities
- Lead ServiceNow IRM development workstreams from requirements and technical design through configuration, testing, deployment, migration, release support, and documentation.
- Design and configure solutions across Risk Management, Policy and Compliance Management, Audit Management, Third-party Risk Management, and related IRM capabilities.
- Translate risk methodologies, control frameworks, policies, regulatory obligations, and audit requirements into technical designs, workflows, assessments, integrations, and platform configurations.
- Configure IRM data structures and relationships for entities, risks, controls, assessments, issues, indicators, and remediation activities.
- Build risk assessments, control attestations and testing, policy exceptions, issue-management workflows, approvals, notifications, reports, dashboards, and workspace experiences.
- Configure and customize ServiceNow using JavaScript, Flow Designer, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, ACLs, workspaces, reporting, and dashboards.
- Own technical quality through design reviews, code and configuration reviews, testing, troubleshooting, documentation, and proactive delivery-risk management.
- Use AI and automation tools to improve analysis and delivery efficiency while validating accuracy, security, bias, and output quality.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience developing and configuring solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
- Deep hands-on implementation experience with at least two ServiceNow IRM/GRC areas, including Risk Management, Policy and Compliance Management, Audit Management, or Third-party Risk Management.
- Working knowledge of IRM concepts and data relationships, including entities, risks, controls, control objectives, assessments, issues, indicators, and risk-response or remediation workflows.
- Strong ServiceNow development skills with JavaScript, Flow Designer, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, ACLs, workspaces, reporting, and dashboards.
- Experience leading technical workstreams or owning ServiceNow development deliverables through requirements, build, testing, migration, release, and documentation.
- Ability to travel 25–50% and work permanently in the United States without sponsorship.
- Experience delivering IRM solutions in utilities, financial services, healthcare, energy, or other regulated and asset-intensive industries is preferred.
- Experience integrating external regulatory content, risk data, control libraries, or enterprise systems with ServiceNow IRM is preferred.
- Experience with Advanced Risk Assessment, Smart Assessment Engine, IRM workspaces, Performance Analytics, or automated indicators and metrics is preferred.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator, Certified Application Developer, or relevant GRC/IRM implementation certifications are preferred.
- Experience incorporating AI tools into delivery workflows while assessing accuracy, security, bias, and output quality is preferred.
