Base Salary
$149k - $238k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable, secure, high-performance software.
- Lead technical projects from concept to launch.
- Collaborate with Product, Design, and Engineering teams.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship for engineers.
- Define a technical vision for the team and organization.
- Partner with management to define strategic technical direction.
- Lead engineering architecture design reviews.
- Write and review design documents and technical vision documents.
- Manage roadmaps for the technical backlog.
- Evaluate and improve engineering processes for efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 10+ years of professional software development experience.
- Experience designing and delivering scalable cloud-based systems.
- Full-stack development experience in languages like Go, Scala, or similar.
- Experience with SQL or NoSQL data stores.
- Experience with real-time streaming technologies like Kafka.
- Bonus: Experience with front-end frameworks like React.
- Bonus: Experience with mobile development.
- Bonus: Experience with automated testing frameworks.
