Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Develop and configure ServiceNow applications and solutions to implement stakeholder requirements.
- Design, modify, develop, write, and implement software programming applications using agile methods.
- Work with ServiceNow core ITSM tables, Glide, scripting, business rules, client scripts, custom applications, and development methods.
- Gather client requirements and resolve workflow problems through automation optimization.
- Analyze architecture and operating environments to support future functionality and enhancements.
- Create architectural patterns, design standards, and implementation best practices for clients.
- Support ServiceNow integrations, including scripted Web services, CMDB, and asset integrations.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience designing, modifying, developing, writing, and implementing software programming applications.
- At least 5 years of experience with ServiceNow development, including core ITSM tables, Glide, scripting, business rules, client scripts, custom apps, and development methods.
- Experience acquiring client requirements and resolving workflow problems through automation optimization.
- Experience working in large enterprise environments, including government environments.
- Ability to add capabilities and make software changes.
- Secret clearance and eligibility to access classified information.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science.
- Preferred experience includes ServiceNow HRSD, SAM, HAM, IT Financial Management, scripted Web services, CMDB and asset integrations, custom Workspaces, and Platform Analytics dashboards.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification and strong writing, documentation, and communication skills are preferred.
