Base Salary
$220k - $292k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own Anduril’s internal LLM agent framework, including core abstractions and runtime architecture.
- Support multiple business lines in building LLM agents by providing new framework capabilities and best-practice patterns.
- Partner with machine learning teams to integrate model post-training workflows.
- Design tooling that supports modern agent patterns and workflows.
- Define comprehensive evaluation suites to measure task success and deployment readiness.
- Stay current on emerging agent architecture and evaluation trends.
Requirements
- Strong backend engineering experience in building production-quality platforms and APIs.
- Deep expertise in LLM agent framework design and orchestration patterns.
- Experience designing agent evaluation paradigms and metrics.
- Familiarity with model post-training workflows like reinforcement learning.
- Strong judgment around reliability and safety for LLM applications.
- Ability to translate ambiguous product needs into reusable platform capabilities.
