Base Salary
$87k - $198k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop and configure ServiceNow applications and low-code solutions from initial vision through production readiness.
- Translate client IT needs and stakeholder requirements into implementation plans, architectural patterns, design standards, and best practices.
- Gather client requirements and resolve workflow issues through automation optimization.
- Design, modify, develop, write, and implement software applications using the Agile development life cycle.
- Analyze architecture and operating environments to support future functionality and enhancements.
- Implement ServiceNow scripting, business rules, client scripts, custom applications, and integrations.
- Identify system improvements and advise clients on technology and solution options.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience designing, modifying, developing, writing, and implementing software programming applications using agile methods.
- At least 5 years of ServiceNow development experience, including core ITSM tables, Glide, scripting, business rules, client scripts, custom applications, and development methods.
- Experience gathering client requirements and resolving workflow problems through automation optimization.
- Experience working in large enterprise environments, including government environments.
- Ability to add capabilities and make software changes.
- Secret clearance is required, with eligibility for access to classified information.
- Bachelor’s degree in a computer science field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification or other certifications is preferred.
- Preferred experience includes ServiceNow HRSD, SAM, HAM, ITFM, scripted web services, CMDB or asset integrations, custom Workspaces, and Platform Analytics dashboards.
