Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Senior Consultants, Project Managers, and project teams on cross-European customer projects.
- Learn and apply technical consulting, software solution design, industry business processes, and project management practices.
- Participate in customer business-process discovery workshops, gather requirements, and support fit/gap analysis.
- Configure Veeva products to meet customer needs under the guidance of Solution Architects.
- Support solution building, testing, customer training, and final deployment.
- Create system-requirements and solution-design documentation for successful implementations.
- Explain solutions to varied audiences and provide subject-matter expertise on Veeva applications and technical design.
- Guide customer project teams in applying business and technical best practices.
Requirements
- University degree such as a BA, BS, or BBA with strong and consistent academic performance, or equivalent skills gained through work experience or disciplined self-study.
- No more than two years of work experience after university.
- Fluency in English; fluency in Spanish, German, or Italian is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication, analytical skills, organization, prioritization, and deadline-management abilities.
- Ability to translate business and technical concepts into potential solution designs.
- Interest in or experience using software to make processes more efficient.
- Experience with Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Excel, and Visio.
- Willingness to travel up to 20–30% as needed and legal authorization to work in Spain without employment visa sponsorship.
- Relevant degrees or experience in business, management information systems, software engineering, biomedical or biochemical engineering, mechanical engineering, life sciences, or similar fields are preferred.
- Internship or experience with a pharmaceutical company, community involvement, organizational leadership, teaching experience, programming experience, or relational database knowledge is preferred.
