Responsibilities
- Collaborate with experienced Senior Consultants and Project Managers on project teams.
- Learn technical consulting, software solution design, and project management skills.
- Participate in business process discovery workshops and gather customer requirements.
- Configure Veeva products to meet customer needs under guidance.
- Assist in building, testing, and deploying solutions while training customers.
- Document system requirements and design for successful implementations.
- Explain solutions to various audiences and provide subject matter expertise.
- Guide customer project teams in applying business and technical best practices.
Requirements
- Maximum of 2 years of work experience after university.
- University Degree (BA, BS, or BBA) with strong academic performance.
- Fluency in English.
- Willingness to travel up to 20-30% of the time.
- Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Desire to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven analytical skills.
- Ability to translate business and technical concepts into solution designs.
- Experience with MS Office applications.
