Responsibilities
- Engage prospects and clients to understand requirements and propose tailored technical solutions.
- Lead technical discovery conversations and product demonstrations.
- Translate business challenges into product configurations, data integrations, and implementation plans.
- Support RFPs and security questionnaires with technical and compliance information.
- Own integrations end-to-end, including solving complex implementation challenges and advising clients.
- Coordinate with clients, engineers, product teams, sales, and customer success to deliver seamless API integrations.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in software development, integrations, APIs, system interoperability, or related work.
- Strong experience with RESTful APIs, OAuth authentication, and JSON and XML data formats.
- Experience working directly with enterprise clients and translating complex technical concepts for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to own solutions from pre-sales design through implementation and post-sale success.
- Experience collaborating with product and engineering teams on customer-driven roadmaps.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and integration platforms.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity, make decisions with incomplete information, and manage stakeholders effectively.
