Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Senior Consultants and Project Managers as part of a project team.
  • Learn and apply technical consulting, software solution design, industry business processes, and project management skills.
  • Participate in customer business process discovery workshops, gather requirements, and support fit/gap analysis.
  • Configure Veeva products to match customer needs under the guidance of Solution Architects.
  • Help build and test solutions, train customers, and support final deployment.
  • Create system requirements and design documentation for successful implementations.
  • Explain solutions to varied audiences and provide subject matter expertise on Veeva applications and technical design.
  • Guide customer project teams in applying business and technical best practices.

Requirements

  • Maximum of up to 2 years of work experience after university.
  • BA, BS, or BBA university degree with strong and consistent academic performance, or equivalent skills gained through work experience or disciplined self-study.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Willingness to travel up to 20–30% of the time as needed.
  • Ability to manage time in person and remotely, prioritize work, and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and proven analytical skills.
  • Ability to translate business and technical concepts into potential solution designs.
  • Interest in or experience using software to make processes more efficient.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Excel, and Visio.
  • Preferred: fluency in German or Italian.
  • Preferred: degree or equivalent work experience in business, management information systems, software engineering, biomedical or biochemical engineering, mechanical engineering, life sciences, or a similar field.
  • Preferred: internship or experience with a pharmaceutical company.
  • Preferred: community involvement, organizational leadership, teaching, programming experience, or knowledge of relational database concepts.
  • Legally authorized to work in the United Kingdom; employment visa sponsorship is not available.
