Responsibilities
- Design, deploy, maintain, monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize Azure infrastructure and services.
- Manage virtual machines, networking, cloud resources, and the availability, performance, and scalability of global training and certification environments.
- Develop automation using PowerShell and Azure CLI.
- Build and maintain infrastructure as code using Bicep and ARM templates.
- Create and improve CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps and support code reviews, testing, validation, deployments, and releases.
- Manage source control and participate in pull requests, code reviews, testing, and deployment activities.
- Implement Azure security practices and manage identity and access with Microsoft Entra ID and RBAC.
- Contribute to governance, compliance, network security, secrets management, and continuous platform reliability improvements.
- Collaborate with technical and business teams, support training and lab environments, maintain technical documentation, and share knowledge.
Requirements
- Microsoft Azure certifications are requested.
- Experience with cloud operations, monitoring, disaster recovery, governance, or cost optimization is required.
- Experience supporting learning, training, or certification platforms is requested.
- Strong experience with Microsoft Azure services, networking, virtual machines, and Microsoft Entra ID is required.
- Hands-on experience with PowerShell, Azure CLI, Bicep, ARM templates, and infrastructure as code is required.
- Experience with Azure DevOps, Git, CI/CD pipelines, and release management is required.
- Knowledge of SQL Server, Azure Cosmos DB, and Windows Server administration is required.
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, collaboration, customer-service, ownership, and prioritization skills are required.
- Fluency in French and English, both verbal and written, is required.
- Experience with Azure Kubernetes Service, Docker, or AI-driven automation solutions is an asset.
