Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and build innovative products from 0 to 1.
- Enhance and optimize existing solutions from 1 to n.
- Help shape and set engineering standards for excellence.
- Collaborate with end-users, engineers, and deployment strategists.
- Develop decision-making tools and improve the safety of the airspace.
Requirements
- Proficiency in at least one modern programming language and the ability to quickly learn Rust and Python.
- Senior-level candidates should have experience building and maintaining high-performance, scalable systems.
- Proficiency with modern LLM tools for accelerating development workflows and improving code quality.
- Ability to collaborate across multiple teams and work independently or in a leadership capacity.
- Ability to travel.
- Ability to obtain required security clearance and authorizations.
- Eligibility to meet applicable U.S. immigration status and location restrictions for export-controlled technology and restricted U.S. Government data.
