Responsibilities
- Own and lead end-to-end integration solution architecture, design, and delivery across complex enterprise programs.
- Define API strategies, reusable integration frameworks, architecture standards, and governance processes.
- Create, review, and govern high-level and low-level designs for scalable, performant, secure, and maintainable solutions.
- Develop Azure integrations using Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Azure Data Factory, and broader Azure Integration Services.
- Design, publish, secure, monitor, and govern APIs using Azure API Management.
- Build event-driven and asynchronous architectures with Azure Service Bus, Event Grid, and Event Hubs.
- Architect hybrid integrations connecting on-premises systems with cloud platforms.
- Use GitHub Copilot, Microsoft 365 Copilot, generative AI, prompt engineering, and AI-assisted development workflows.
- Integrate Azure OpenAI and Cognitive Services to support intelligent data processing and decision-making.
- Implement end-to-end observability using Cribl and ensure secure, compliant data handling.
- Lead design reviews, code reviews, technical decisions, risk management, and engineering standards adoption.
- Mentor team members and collaborate with architects, business stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and vendors.
Requirements
- 9–12+ years of software engineering experience with a strong focus on cloud and iPaaS integrations.
- Deep hands-on experience with Azure Integration Services.
- Strong proficiency in C#, .NET, REST/SOAP APIs, JSON, and XML.
- Extensive experience creating HLDs and LLDs, designing architectures, and documenting solutions.
- Strong experience with API architecture, governance, lifecycle management, and security.
- Expertise in event-driven, microservices, and hybrid integration architectures.
- Experience leading large-scale enterprise integration delivery.
- Hands-on usage of GitHub Copilot or Microsoft 365 Copilot, with understanding of prompt engineering and AI-assisted development workflows.
- Exposure to Azure OpenAI and AI-services integration.
- Preferred experience with MuleSoft architecture and coexistence strategies.
- Preferred exposure to advanced AI/ML integration use cases and intelligent automation.
- Knowledge of EDI, XML, JSON, large-scale data pipelines, AI governance, ethics, and secure enterprise AI adoption.
- Preferred Azure Solutions Architect Expert (AZ-305), Azure Developer Associate (AZ-204), DevOps Engineer Expert (AZ-400), or Azure AI Engineer Associate (AI-102) certification.
