Responsibilities
- Customize and enhance Salesforce applications in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Manage Salesforce solution lifecycles, including development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
- Troubleshoot application issues and maintain performance and availability.
- Implement and maintain integrations between Salesforce and other enterprise systems.
- Evaluate and recommend Salesforce tools, modules, and features.
- Follow implementation best practices, security policies, and organizational guidelines.
- Provide technical support, stakeholder training, and application documentation.
Requirements
- Degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Proven experience developing, designing, and maintaining Salesforce applications.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce tools, modules, and APIs for integrations.
- Familiarity with Commercial Off-The-Shelf systems and application maintenance.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in Salesforce applications.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented approach and commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.
