Base Salary

$157k - $184k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Understand life sciences clients’ AI strategies and supply chain challenges and translate them into AI use cases and Celonis solutions
  • Lead technical discovery, capability demonstrations, pre-sales engagements, and post-sale implementation guidance
  • Rapidly build prototypes during customer hackathons for planning, sourcing, manufacturing, and distribution challenges
  • Enable agentic process transformation, including autonomous inventory rebalancing and intelligent shipment exception handling
  • Architect and deliver secure, scalable LLM and agent systems using RAG, tools, and guardrails
  • Execute end-to-end business-critical Proof-of-Value projects and ensure adoption and value realization
  • Integrate solutions with enterprise ERPs, Quality Management Systems, and regulated operating frameworks
  • Serve as an internal and external technical subject matter expert for life sciences supply chain processes
  • Scale organizational knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing and logistics processes

Requirements

  • At least 8 years of experience leading technical pre-sales and post-sales engagements in life sciences, pharmaceutical, or MedTech supply chains
  • Deep knowledge of life sciences supply chain processes such as S&OP, Procure-to-Pay, Track & Trace, Cold Chain Management, and Quality Control/Batch Release
  • Expertise in generative AI techniques including RAG, few-shot learning, prompt engineering, multi-agent orchestration, multimodal understanding, or fine-tuning
  • Strong knowledge of Python and common ML libraries, including LangChain, pandas, pydantic, scikit-learn, and PyTorch
  • Experience with data engineering tools and technologies for large, siloed supply chain datasets
  • Strong presentation skills for supply chain executives, IT leaders, and other internal and external stakeholders
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Master’s degree in computer science, supply chain management, engineering, mathematics, or a related field, or equivalent work experience preferred
  • Hands-on experience building agentic systems with LLM orchestration, RAG, function calling, prompt engineering, and safety evaluations in regulated environments preferred
  • Familiarity with GS1 EPCIS, SAP APO/IBP, or Kinaxis preferred
  • Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, or other open-source LLM ecosystem packages preferred
  • Experience deploying and monitoring models at scale across AWS Bedrock, Azure AI, or GCP Vertex preferred
