Responsibilities
- Own meaningful technical work end-to-end from design through deployment.
- Build and maintain backend services, APIs, and data pipelines.
- Collaborate with researchers and ML engineers to ship high-impact features.
- Contribute to architectural decisions and implement them.
- Write clean, well-tested, well-documented code.
- Debug and resolve issues across complex distributed systems.
- Participate in code reviews and help raise the technical bar.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of professional software engineering experience.
- Strong foundations in backend, data, ML tooling, or full-stack development.
- Proficiency in Python and fluency in at least one additional language (TypeScript, Go, Rust, SQL, etc.).
- Experience working in production environments with real users.
- Comfort with ambiguity and ability to operate autonomously.
- Strong communication skills and collaborative working style.
- Genuine interest in AI, LLMs, or data-driven systems.
