Responsibilities
- Develop new solutions and features for distributed, one-click-delivered customer environments.
- Automate IT infrastructure management using configuration and infrastructure-as-code tools.
- Integrate tools and systems using service accounts.
- Monitor, alert, and diagnose systems and investigate performance degradation and bottlenecks.
- Support customer cloud and on-premise platforms while collaborating with business and IT stakeholders in an Agile environment.
Requirements
- Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP cloud platforms.
- Minimum B2 spoken German proficiency.
- Strong knowledge of Linux environments and terminal usage.
- Regular scripting experience with Python, Bash, Shell, or Perl.
- Experience with continuous integration and delivery/deployment tools such as GitLab, Jenkins, or Octopus.
- Experience with Ansible or Puppet for IT infrastructure automation.
- Experience using Terraform for infrastructure as code.
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or OpenShift for containerization.
- Ability to communicate proactively and work with business-side and IT-side stakeholders.
- Knowledge of network connectivity is a preferred qualification.
