Base Salary
$117k - $251k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, integrate, and sustain software components using C++ and/or Python.
- Support the full software development lifecycle from requirements analysis through deployment and sustainment in Linux environments.
- Develop and maintain software interfaces, services, and data-processing capabilities for mission applications.
- Troubleshoot software defects and support integration, testing, and deployment activities.
- Apply secure software-development practices and comply with program security requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and 9 years of relevant experience, graduate degree and 7 years of related experience, or 13 years of related experience in lieu of a degree.
- Experience with object-oriented design, debugging, and software integration.
- Proficiency developing and maintaining software applications with C++ and/or Python.
- Preferred experience with Git, Jira, Confluence, automated testing, continuous software-delivery practices, AWS, containers, Kubernetes, image processing, remote sensing, and geospatial applications.
- TS/SCI security clearance is preferred.
