Responsibilities

  • Architect and design enterprise software or cloud services using C++.
  • Develop high-performance, scalable systems using C++ and Windows/Linux internals.
  • Lead design and development of architectural components, including AI and ML integration.
  • Drive engineering initiatives for intelligent virtual desktops and applications.
  • Participate in requirements, design, coding, testing, debugging, and performance tuning.
  • Improve processes around DevOps, Agile, and CI/CD.
  • Use Git, Perforce, JIRA, and Jenkins for software development activities.
  • Respond to customer and product escalations and help prioritize engineering work.
  • Train and mentor junior engineers while providing technical guidance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and counterparts in the US.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of software engineering experience.
  • Strong experience architecting and designing enterprise software or cloud services using C++.
  • Profound understanding of Windows/Linux internals and C++ programming.
  • Experience with software architecture and high-performance, scalable systems.
  • Ability to debug complex problems and analyze stack traces from crash dumps.
  • Proficiency in DevOps, Agile, and CI/CD processes.
  • Familiarity with Git, Perforce, JIRA, and Jenkins.
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
