Responsibilities
- Monitor and support installed systems and infrastructure, evaluate performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement changes.
- Design, implement, and monitor enterprise-grade secure and fault-tolerant infrastructure.
- Define and evolve build and release practices that provide traceability and auditability of changes.
- Maintain continuous availability of source control, continuous integration, and change-management tools.
- Build infrastructure automation tools and frameworks and automate repetitive work.
- Integrate applications into cloud environments and automate deployment pipelines securely, reliably, and at scale.
- Use application monitoring tools to troubleshoot and diagnose environment issues.
- Partner with Cloud Infrastructure and Security teams to follow organizational policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Automate security controls and educate teams on DevSecOps practices and tooling.
- Support developer productivity, environment monitoring, self-healing, and autonomous delivery teams.
Requirements
- 1–3+ years of experience with AWS DevOps, cloud architecture, networking, deployment processes, and infrastructure-as-code tools.
- Experience solving complex problems, creating algorithms, and working through challenging requirements.
- Experience creating software in an agile, iterative environment.
- Experience with source control, including Git, branching, and merging.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts and strategies across organizational levels.
- Ability to coach, mentor, and teach team members in a dynamic work environment.
- Ability to obtain a security clearance.
- Federal Government NIST compliance knowledge is preferred.
- Strong initiative, organization, time management, critical-thinking, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills are required.

- The standard hybrid schedule requires 24 hours per week in the office for associates within 30 miles; the schedule may change at manager discretion.
