Responsibilities
- Validate maps and develop basic mapping tools.
- Build and maintain an autonomous-vehicle simulation pipeline.
- Annotate and maintain high-quality map information.
- Plan routine map testing and validation against Mapping and Localization team requirements.
- Work with Testing and Simulation teams using collected onboard sensor data.
- Plan map version deployment and updates on vehicles.
- Develop tools for faster map annotation and maintenance.
Requirements
- Be a current student in a Diploma or BS program.
- Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Have hands-on experience with Linux OS environments.
- Have knowledge and background in robotics or automation.
- Hands-on experience with Bash, Python, C++, and ROS is a plus.
- Have excellent communication and collaboration skills.
