Responsibilities
- Implement prompts, system messages, and basic tool-calling patterns for specific workflows.
- Contribute to AI features and automations under guidance from senior team members.
- Sense-check LLM outputs for accuracy and safety, flagging issues proactively.
- Set up offline evaluations and track quality metrics.
- Build and maintain data preparation scripts to support AI experimentation.
- Run experiments and summarize findings clearly.
- Collaborate with product and ops partners to translate requirements into AI tasks.
- Write documentation and contribute to runbooks for reproducibility.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative, technical, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 2-4 years of professional experience in applied AI or a related field.
- Foundational understanding of LLMs and AI applications.
- Basic proficiency in SQL or another query language.
- Experience with Python programming.
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- High ownership and accountability in managing time and deadlines.
- Curiosity and a growth mindset for continuous learning.
- Proficiency with Cursor, Claude Code, or VSCode.
- Domain expertise in Business Operations, Sales, Marketing, or Finance.
