$160k - $200k/yr
Responsibilities
- Architect and build secure, scalable cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure-as-Code on AWS.
- Design and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines, converting manual processes into automated workflows.
- Own production reliability by setting up observability stacks and leading incident response.
- Implement GitOps workflows for all infrastructure deployments.
- Build compliance-ready infrastructure with IAM best practices and secrets management.
- Optimize cloud costs while maintaining performance and reliability.
- Create developer tooling and documentation to accelerate engineering workflows.
- Mentor team members on DevOps best practices and guide infrastructure strategy.
Requirements
- 4–7+ years of industry experience with at least 4 years in hands-on DevOps/infrastructure roles.
- 4+ years managing cloud infrastructure in production, preferably AWS.
- 2+ years of production Kubernetes experience, with EKS preferred.
- Deep expertise in Terraform/Terragrunt and Infrastructure-as-Code principles.
- Strong scripting skills in Python and Bash.
- Experience with CI/CD platforms like GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Jenkins.
- Security-first mindset with experience implementing compliance frameworks.
- Ability to thrive in a startup environment and enable others to succeed.
