Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain C++ code for assigned modules.
- Perform basic unit and integration testing and write test cases.
- Assist with debugging and troubleshooting software issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on feature implementation and defect resolution.
- Document code, test cases, and processes.
- Learn and apply networking concepts in practical scenarios.
- Participate in code reviews and follow coding standards.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of C++ programming and object-oriented concepts.
- Basic knowledge of software testing techniques, including unit testing and test case writing.
- Familiarity with networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP and the OSI model.
- Analytical, problem-solving, independent work, ownership, and communication skills.
- Exposure to Linux/Unix environments is preferred.
- Understanding of Layer 7 protocols and diagnostic tools such as Wireshark is preferred.
- Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, XML, JSON, and YAML is preferred.
- Interest in cloud platforms and virtual environments is preferred.
