Responsibilities
- Design, build, and support ServiceNow-centric integrations using REST APIs, IntegrationHub, and Flow Designer.
- Develop and operate AWS serverless components including Lambda, API Gateway, SQS, and DynamoDB.
- Troubleshoot production integration issues across ServiceNow and AWS, including API failures, data issues, and asynchronous processing problems.
- Communicate integration changes, incidents, and technical requirements with clients and internal teams.
- Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, and continuous improvement of the integration platform.
- Create and maintain integration workflows, data mappings, technical documentation, and operational runbooks.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience building ServiceNow integrations with inbound and outbound REST APIs, IntegrationHub, Flow Designer, scripted logic, and custom actions.
- Strong understanding of web services and integration patterns, including REST-based authentication and error handling.
- Practical experience with AWS Lambda, API Gateway, SQS, DynamoDB, and CloudWatch.
- Proficiency with Node.js for serverless and integration development.
- Experience diagnosing and troubleshooting production integration issues.
- Ability to communicate technical information clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience documenting integration designs and support procedures for operational use.
