Responsibilities
- Turn requests from sales, business development, and deployment teams into shipped tools and automations.
- Identify recurring manual workflows and proactively automate them.
- Scope, build, test, and ship end-to-end internal software solutions using AI coding tools.
- Develop reporting automations and internal sales tools that unblock business operations.
- Communicate trade-offs and document solutions for teammates to use and maintain.
Requirements
- Be a fresh graduate or early-career candidate with up to two years of professional experience.
- Have experience independently delivering working software with AI coding tools.
- Have experience automating recurring workflows through code.
- Be able to scope and ship internal tools, collaborate across teams and stakeholders, and document solutions.
- Demonstrate strong prioritization, curiosity about commercial and operational workflows, and comfort with ambiguity.
- Be fluent in English; German is a plus.
