Base Salary
$129k - $175k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and build Salesforce applications, APIs, workflow automations, and platform integrations for contracting, approval workflows, and deal management.
- Develop multi-stage approval routing, delegation, escalation, and gate-enforcement logic on Salesforce.
- Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems while synchronizing deal and account data at scale.
- Implement LLM-powered workflows and automation to reduce manual sales-field effort and generate insights from contracting and account data.
- Participate in code reviews and mentor engineers through documentation, training, and pairing.
- Investigate operational issues, identify root causes, and deliver permanent fixes in collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders.
Requirements
- At least three years of experience designing or architecting new and existing systems, including design patterns, reliability, and scaling.
- Experience automating, deploying, and supporting large-scale infrastructure.
- Programming experience in at least one modern language such as Python, Ruby, Golang, Java, C++, C#, or Rust.
- Experience with CI/CD pipeline build processes.
- Bachelor’s degree required; a computer science degree or equivalent is preferred.
- Experience working in an Agile environment.
- Experience with distributed systems at scale is preferred.
