Responsibilities

Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in building and shipping production systems at scale.
- Proven ability to influence AI usage in engineering work.
- Strong backend fundamentals with experience in Ruby on Rails, Python/Django, or Node.js.
- Ability to navigate ambiguous problems and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication skills for conveying complex technical concepts.
- Experience in cross-functional collaboration and mentorship.
