Responsibilities
- Lead the technical strategy for key strategic accounts in the Benelux region.
- Act as a trusted advisor to VP and BU-1 leaders, ensuring long-term technical commitment.
- Abstract learnings from builds into reusable patterns for the Databricks community.
- Drive customer adoption beyond proof of concept to measurable business outcomes.
- Mentor junior team members on technical discovery and complex use-case prioritization.
Requirements
- Experience in customer interactions in a technical pre-sales capacity.
- Adept at managing complex sales lifecycles and delivering solution architecture designs.
- Technical expertise in AI tools and solutions, along with broad data landscape knowledge.
- Experience with cloud platforms like Databricks, AWS, Microsoft, or GCP.
- Proficiency in a core programming language such as Python or SQL, with a willingness to learn Apache Spark.
- Ability to execute through ambiguity and lead technical discussions.
