Responsibilities
- Design, develop, maintain, and improve scripts, integrations, and automation solutions for Digital Workplace operations.
- Build API-based integrations, automated workflows, reusable components, utilities, and scheduled processes across enterprise platforms.
- Automate recurring operational and data-related workflows while maintaining security, traceability, reliability, and appropriate controls.
- Develop or implement AI-enabled and agent-based automation where appropriate.
- Collect, validate, transform, and structure data for integrations, automation, reporting, and decision-support solutions.
- Investigate and resolve issues involving scripts, integrations, workflows, authentication, data quality, and reliability.
- Test, document, monitor, and continuously improve solutions for maintainability, reuse, and handover.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, architecture, security, and operations stakeholders to translate requirements into practical solutions.
- Follow enterprise IT processes, security standards, data-handling requirements, and documentation practices.
Requirements
- Strong scripting or software-development skills with practical experience building reliable automation, integrations, or operational tools.
- Experience with PowerShell, Python, or similar scripting technologies.
- Hands-on experience with APIs, authentication, and enterprise integration patterns.
- Experience designing secure, supportable, and maintainable workflows, reusable components, or scheduled processes.
- Practical knowledge of source control, error handling, logging, testing, monitoring, documentation, and maintainability.
- Experience implementing or supporting AI-enabled automation with attention to responsible use, security, data quality, and human oversight.
- Working knowledge of structured data collection, validation, and preparation for automation, integrations, and operational reporting.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving, communication, ownership, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
- Experience working in a large-scale, process-driven enterprise environment.
- Preferred qualifications include AI agent development, Microsoft Graph API, Microsoft 365 or Microsoft Entra ID automation, SharePoint Online, data visualization and reporting, information management, Microsoft Intune, endpoint management, and ITIL-based service management experience.
