Base Salary
$130k - $180k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own POCs from start to finish, delivering high-quality and accurate results on time.
- Set up the team to complete POCs 50% faster by templatizing and automating best practices.
- Answer technical questions and build out templates for best-in-class solutions.
- Act as the technical counterpart to sales, providing necessary solutions and data.
- Empower enterprise customers by leveraging data providers and CRM integrations.
- Gather and report customer feedback to engineering for product improvement.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering, RevOps, or a technical CX role.
- Proven ability to systematize Solutions Engineering work through automation and scaling.
- Familiarity with Clay, including Waterfalls, APIs, and CRM integrations.
- Strong desire to partner with sales teams to secure enterprise deals.
- Deep understanding of RevOps and its application in enterprise sales workflows.
- Experience in customer-facing roles, with the ability to communicate technical details effectively.
