Base Salary
$220k - $375k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build and deploy production-ready AI applications for customer financial workflow challenges.
- Implement and optimize invoice matching, payment reconciliation, and financial document processing capabilities.
- Adapt and fine-tune LLMs, RAG systems, and other AI architectures for financial use cases.
- Develop scalable AI pipelines spanning data ingestion through inference.
- Design AI-powered automations that reduce manual effort in finance operations.
- Partner with Product, Engineering, and customers to translate business needs into AI solutions.
- Create evaluation frameworks to measure AI system performance and business outcomes.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of software engineering experience, including at least 2 years focused on applied AI/ML in production environments.
- Experience integrating and fine-tuning LLMs for real-world applications.
- Experience building retrieval-augmented generation systems for document-intensive workflows.
- Understanding of MLOps practices, including model deployment pipelines, monitoring, and A/B testing.
- Fluency in Python and experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Transformers.
- Experience shipping AI products that solve real business problems.
- Strong experience with data preprocessing and feature engineering for AI.
- Ability to translate business requirements into clear technical solutions.
- Experience integrating AI systems into existing enterprise platforms.
