Base Salary
$220k - $375k/yr
Responsibilities
- Create production-ready AI applications for financial workflow challenges.
- Implement and refine AI capabilities like invoice matching and payment reconciliation.
- Apply and optimize LLMs and RAG systems for financial use cases.
- Develop robust AI pipelines ensuring reliability and scalability.
- Design AI-powered automations to reduce manual effort in finance operations.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and customers to translate business needs into AI solutions.
- Create evaluation frameworks to track AI system performance and quantify outcomes.
Requirements
- 5+ years of software engineering experience, with 2 years in applied AI/ML.
- Experience integrating and fine-tuning LLMs for real-world applications.
- Experience building retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) systems.
- Understanding of MLOps best practices for model deployment and monitoring.
- Fluency in Python and experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Transformers.
- Experience shipping AI products that solve real business problems.
- Strong experience with data preprocessing and feature engineering for AI.
- Ability to translate business requirements into impactful technical solutions.
- Experience integrating AI systems into existing enterprise platforms.
