Responsibilities
- Architect and develop scalable Generative AI solutions tailored to business requirements.
- Guide teams in selecting AI models, frameworks, and platforms while aligning solutions with enterprise architecture standards.
- Own the end-to-end lifecycle of GenAI projects, including requirements, model selection and training, deployment, monitoring, and optimization.
- Integrate GenAI solutions with existing systems, APIs, and data pipelines.
- Implement AI governance, data privacy, security, responsible AI, and regulatory compliance practices.
- Optimize model performance, scalability, and cost efficiency.
- Evaluate emerging Generative AI technologies and recommend adoption opportunities.
- Mentor engineers, data scientists, and other stakeholders.
- Communicate complex AI concepts and architectures and provide strategic recommendations.
- Support sales proposals, identify service opportunities, lead integration architecture, improve delivery quality and productivity, and develop reusable components and thought leadership.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or a related field; PhD preferred.
- 15+ years of IT experience, including 7+ years of AI/ML experience and at least 2 years focused on Generative AI.
- Proven experience architecting and deploying large-scale AI solutions in production environments.
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, and GCP.
- Strong understanding of data engineering, MLOps, and DevOps practices.
- Experience with prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and customizing foundation models.
- Familiarity with AI ethics, responsible AI principles, data privacy, security, and regulatory compliance.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, technical leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills.
