Base Salary
$100k - $125k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain mission-critical travel applications and low-latency, high-throughput transactional services.
- Design, develop, and optimize generative AI-driven applications that improve user experiences and streamline interactions.
- Integrate applied generative AI models and APIs into user interfaces and platform functionality.
- Collaborate with software engineers, UX designers, product managers, and other cross-functional partners to define user needs and solutions.
- Write SQL queries for real-time application investigation and analysis.
- Conduct testing, debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
- Contribute to architecture, implementation, development best practices, and continuous improvement.
- Monitor AI and UX industry trends and propose new technical approaches.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in software engineering and development.
- Strong experience with JavaScript or TypeScript, Node.js, HTML, CSS, and React or equivalent frameworks.
- Hands-on experience developing applied generative AI solutions using tools such as LangChain, Vercel AI, Mastra AI, Spring AI, or model provider APIs.
- Strong understanding of UX principles and user-centered design.
- Knowledge or experience with GraphQL is preferred.
- Experience with Docker and cloud environments, especially GCP and AWS, is preferred.
- Strong analytical, communication, collaboration, troubleshooting, and performance-optimization skills.
