Base Salary
$113k - $162k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain scalable, resilient, and highly available infrastructure and services.
- Develop infrastructure automation and infrastructure-as-code using Terraform, Ansible, and other tools, preferably in AWS.
- Participate in on-call rotations, troubleshoot production issues, lead incident resolution, conduct post-mortems, and implement corrective actions.
- Implement and improve observability, logging, metrics, monitoring, and performance optimization practices.
- Collaborate with software engineers, DevOps, product teams, and leadership to improve reliability from development through production.
- Identify improvements in architecture, automation, and operational practices and contribute to SRE best practices.
- Use AI tools across engineering and operational workflows to improve velocity, code quality, and technical decision-making.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in an operationally focused role such as SRE, DevOps, or infrastructure engineering.
- Deep understanding of reliability, scalability, and performance optimization.
- Hands-on experience with AWS, GitHub, Terraform, Ansible, or similar cloud infrastructure tools.
- Experience handling production incidents, analyzing root causes, and implementing long-term corrective fixes.
- Experience with scripting, automation, logging, metrics, monitoring, and observability practices.
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with engineers, product teams, and leadership.
