Base Salary

$113k - $162k/yr

Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain scalable, resilient, and highly available infrastructure and services.
Develop infrastructure automation and infrastructure-as-code using Terraform, Ansible, and other tools, preferably in AWS.
Participate in on-call rotations, troubleshoot production issues, lead incident resolution, conduct post-mortems, and implement corrective actions.
Implement and improve observability, logging, metrics, monitoring, and performance optimization practices.
Collaborate with software engineers, DevOps, product teams, and leadership to improve reliability from development through production.
Identify improvements in architecture, automation, and operational practices and contribute to SRE best practices.
Use AI tools across engineering and operational workflows to improve velocity, code quality, and technical decision-making.

At least 5 years of experience in an operationally focused role such as SRE, DevOps, or infrastructure engineering.
Deep understanding of reliability, scalability, and performance optimization.
Hands-on experience with AWS, GitHub, Terraform, Ansible, or similar cloud infrastructure tools.
Experience handling production incidents, analyzing root causes, and implementing long-term corrective fixes.
Experience with scripting, automation, logging, metrics, monitoring, and observability practices.
Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with engineers, product teams, and leadership.
