Responsibilities
- Lead and execute core 0-to-1 initiatives in agentic AI and other cutting-edge domains.
- Translate strategic vision into concrete execution roadmaps and drive rapid implementation from prototype to production.
- Architect scalable solutions and drive critical milestones for market validation, growth, and potential departmental spin-off.
- Take end-to-end ownership while collaborating directly with founders and cross-functional technical and commercial teams.
Requirements
- Proven domain expertise and a high-agency builder mindset.
- Demonstrated drive to take extreme end-to-end ownership.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Based in Europe or the Americas, or open to relocation or remote arrangements.
