Responsibilities
- Drive operational excellence standards for internal software development tools and services.
- Design software development systems to ensure best practices and industry standards.
- Advise engineering partners on the technical implications of systems design.
- Lead development and project management of large projects to improve developer productivity.
- Provide technical mentorship and leadership to the Developer Productivity organization.
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of experience in the developer productivity domain in large engineering environments.
- Strong experience with programming languages such as C++, Java, Go, Python, Rust, Node, and Typescript.
- Strong understanding of DevOps culture and tooling.
- Extensive experience with CI/CD pipelines and deployment models.
- Hands-on experience with metrics and observability tools and data processing pipeline technologies.
