- Establish the technical foundation for a new Canada pod, including architecture and engineering practices.

Requirements
- Strong fullstack software engineering skills with a focus on high-quality systems.
- Experience with Ruby or Ruby on Rails and React.
- Comfortable working with APIs and application layers like GraphQL.
- Ability to write automated tests and understand their importance in continuous delivery.
- Experience in creating structure in ambiguous environments.
- Willingness to take ownership of technical direction and delivery strategy.
- Data-driven mindset using business signals to guide decisions.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional partners.
